New phone + sim vs upgrade
Hi I am about to upgrade my device. I found it's cheaper if I start a new data plan with a new device. Going via the upgrade route it will cost me £4 more.
If I go down the new device and data plan, I'm assuming I will need to cancel the other data plan I'm currently on? How easy is this to do?

To cancel the other data plan which you can do if you have been paying for it for 12 months or more you would need to call Sky on 150. Ordering a new data plan will mean that you will have a new mobile number.
