New phone order

I have ordered a new mobile phone and ive gone on to check my order and its saying the new sim needs activiting but ive not had a new sim and ive not had the new phone

Did you only order a new phone so you didn't order a data plan ?

 

If you did order a a data plan then you will receive a new sim for it so if you don't want to use it then do not activate the sim then it will be cancelled so you will only be paying for the phone
