Royal mail have lost my phone

I arranged a swap and returned my old device in the packaging included. Royal Mail collected but are now saying they have lost it. This was worth £100 in swap fees. What can be done?

If you have returned the phone and have the tracking receipt then you need to report this to Sky so they can take it up with Royal Mail as it is not your responsibility if it is lost by the courier.
