New phone not delivered

My new phone should have been delivered today, I waited in and noone came. Now I have an email saying the driver tried to deliver but noone was home?

You will have to contact DPD about getting it delivered again. They can be contacted via their website.

OK thanks, the problem is that I'm not living at this address as we are having renovation work done.

Can I change the delivery address?

No. It has to be delivered to the account address.

You can't change the delivery address as it can only be sent to the address that was on it when the order was placed.
