Sky Piggybank

Has anyone else had this - my Piggybank data is being rolled over on the date my data refreshes. But it is also remaining on my 3 sims. So I have loads of data in the Piggybank as well as much more than I pay for on each sim. There must be a glitch of some kind. I rolled all my data a couple of days before it refreshed. It was down to about 2mb. Now my Piggybank balance is over 145gb. But I still have random figures over 40gb on each of 3 sims (which should be 2gb, 3gb and 25gb when refreshed). What's going on?

As you said it might be some sort of glitch with your account that is causing this to happen. As you are not loosing out then you shouldn't have any issues going forward. You might find that one day it does catchup and removes any extra data you should t have.

Re: Sky Piggybank

Yes - I'm getting the same - the Piggybank fills up with the unused data, but doesn't come off my 3 sims. This started with the December billing cycle, and happened again this month.

2 of the SIMs are small data ones (3GB) but are both currently sitting way more than that.

Re: Sky Piggybank

Glad it's not just me! I expect it's a glitch. Mine started in December too.
