New order

I placed an order today for a new phone, headphones and watch. I completed the credit check and signed the agreements. When I went to pay the £2 upfront payment needed the website had a technical error and the order didnt process. I am reluctant to reorder as another credit search will be recorded on my credit record. Can someone please advise what to do next?

I would suggest calling Sky so they can confirm if the order went through. 150 is the number to call them on from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
