New mobile swap

I have just recieved my new phone but there is no watch come with it when i took the s26 ultra it was with a free watch

What was the deal at the time you ordered?  Sometimes you have to claim direct to Samsung, others it follows later.

The watch should be sent within about 45 days (stock permitting) of you receiving the phone.
