New mobile contract

I tried to purchase a new phone contract with you. But was unsuccessful with the credit check. I'm not sure why this happened. As I have never missed payments. I have no ccjs or bankruptcy. I am on the electrol roll. And I have a very hight credit score on clear score. I spoke with equifax credit agency and they informed me that you may be able to do a manual review for the contract. Is this something yu are able to do?

Hi @Lizziegodwyn  this isn't something I have ever seen Sky offer. Your credit score isn't the only factor they consider.

You're not contacting Sky here - just other customers.

 

I'm not aware of Sky performing any 'manual reviews' - but go ahead and call them...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
