New iPhone 15 and no eSIM code received

Received my new phone yesterday thought I'd selected sim but haven't received any sim with my phone. Also haven't received any eSIM code so unable to set up my phone?

You could try order a sim here by selecting a data plan for it:

 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans


Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.
