New iPhone 13 saying it’s connected to WiFi but isn’t working

I have connected my new iPhone 13 to my WiFi but it hasn't got the signal at the top of the phone. My 5g data is also slow and is meaning I can barely use the phone. I have tried factory resetting the network settings and the phone but have had no luck

Have you made sure mobile data is turned off and have you also rebooted your broadband router ?
