New eSIM stuck on Partner Roaming settings - Outgoing calls fail.
My eSIM was activated on the 13th. Data and texts work, but outgoing calls fail because the SIM Application is permanently frozen on Roaming. I have already reinstalled the eSIM and reset network settings. I need the Sky Messaging Team to invite me to a private chat here to manually rebuild my routing profile. Would be great if the dial assist toggle was still available as I think that would have fixed it but sadly no.

Hi there @Mincher I'll be honest upfront, we can't manually rebuild a routing profile for you but we can certainly take you through some troubleshooting and pass to our mobile experts for further investigation if required.
I’ve escalated your post to our Community Messaging team who will invite you to a private chat shortly and help you with this.
Just look out for the colourful bubble to start the conversation. Please be aware conversations automatically close if there is no response within 48 hours.
