New device

I order new device and sim and it's still not here yet I'm after changing provider to sky and need to get up and running with my new bill I'd like to know when I will have it please

Hi @Paul2402  no one here knows when you will get your phone. It's not sky CS here. Keep an eye on your order status in your account for any updates.
