Credit check not working on new address

I'm trying to order a phone from sky and I can not use my new address as the credit check is unsuccessful every time but when I put my old address down it works perfectly. There's a option for me to add my new and old address for confirmation but that doesn't even work what am I supposed to do because I contacted the sky customer service team and they can't help because I haven't got an active sky account because I haven't ordered anything because I can't order anything because of the credit check not working on my new address it's updated on everything else including Experian which sky uses my credit is high enough so where can I go from here?

Hi @HS2D2  not sure there is anything you can do. If sky are saying they can't place the order and you can't do it online then you will need to wait for Skys systems to catch up with your new address. Repeated applications will get boy make it worse.
