New device arrived with multiple scratches

I'm highly confused as I ordered a new iPad 2022 10th gen and I have only just opened it and there seems to be multiples scratches?!!!! Where has this iPad come from and why have I recieved a scratched iPad had this been used?!!!

Hi @Nicole_99  all you can do is call sky to report this and arrange to send it back if you aren't happy with it and you are still within the 31 day cooling off period. Did the tablet have the usual protective films attached when you received it ?
