Hi, I have switched over to Sky mobile, set up my new SIM and am being billed. However I'm unable to use the handset as a phone so can't contact Sky to ask them what's wrong! I also now can't use my old phone and sim from BT, so am literally stuck. The chat bot can't help and I can't seem to chat to a human. Any recommendations?

Find out moreYou haven't said what is happening when you go to use your phone so if you moved a number to Sky from another network and it is an iPhone then it might be worth checking to see if the correct number is being displayed via Settings - Phone - My Number. If it is wrong try changing it then rebooting the phone, it can sometimes take a few attempts to get it changed.

Thanks, yep I'd turned it off and on when putting the Sim in, but did it again now to be greeted with a load of text messages!
