New data SIM not connecting to internet in 4G LTE USB dongle

I have a New data SIM which is not connecting to internet via a 4G LTE USB dongle. 

its a brand new SIM. It is activated.  But isn't connecting to the internet on either of 2 4G USB LTE dongles.  i can see the SIM card in the dongle admin UI - it even says Sky LTE and shows 4 or 5 bars.  But 'disconnected'.  

suggestions appreciated.

Hi @Gbleakley have you added the sky APN to the dongle settings ?
