New customer sim

I believed as a new customer to Sky mobile I would receive an additional 100Mb sim free of charge. My new phone has arrived but no free sim. How do I get the free sim? Thanks

Did you place the order for the 100mb data package at the same time you ordered your phone ?

No it wasn't an option online. The information on thsky.com help articles suggests every new customer gets one automatically.

I would leave it a few days and if it hasn't turned up you will need to contact Sky about it.

Yes that's it. My daughter got an additional sim with her phone but that was in store.

Hi @Berry0859  are you and your daughter on the same account ? If yes then that may be the issue as the first phone on the account will get one but then perhaps subsequent ones won't as additional devices are not new customers.

No different accounts. I just knew she was happy with Sky so I looked here when I needed a new phone. Thanks
