New customer. Terrible coverage
I'm a new customer to Sky Mobile Ireland on a sim-only plan. I activated the sim yesterday. Coverage is terrible, very low at all times from my home and keeps dropping out entirely for extended periods. I live 20 minutes from Dublin city centre and have never experienced problems like this with any other network. I set up my APN in accordance with instructions on the Sky website, and the fact I have some mobile data some of the time suggests this is not the problem. But I don't know what is...

You should share some details of the phone you have, and a screenshot of the APN settings on your phone

@Uncovered Sorry not a phone I have come across before - are you able to see 5G (or 4G+) on your phone, and does your coverage drop co-incide with you being on a call.
Does going airplane mode improve the performance in short term?

Thanks for responding. I've already moved from Sky. The coverage is not up to snuff at all.
