New Sim will now activate

Can anybody please help.

 

Received new sim for a switch over to Sky mobile and it will not activate, same error message everytime that they are experiencing a technical diffculty.

 

Have my PAC code from ceding provider ready to go.

You will have to use another phone to give Sky a call about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
