New SIM

Wanted to keep my old number hit a message to say yes all done , then this morning gets a text saying all up and running this is your new number

Hi @Shaz189  if you ordered a new sim/plan that would have a new number. If you ordered a replacement sim that would have your old number. Which did you do ?

If your old number is with Sky then you need to put that sim in your device and perhaps call Sky on 150 to cancel this new one you ordered and activated.

It's all been activated got a email and a message saying you have informed us you want to keep your old number ... 🤷

Is your old number with Sky or with a different network ?

Just got in touch with them I put new SIM card in and activated it at 6,last night do my old number takes 24 hours to activate 🤷🤷

If you gave Sky the pac code you got from

the other network at 6pm yesterday then the number might not transfer over to your Sky sim until tomorrow.

It's all ok been told will be active tomorrow 11th would if been nice if I was told this before hand 🤦. Thank you for all your help .
