A con contract

I've taken out my 1st day contract which everything on it is correct then I had to ring sky mobile with a query I had. The person I spoke with answered my query then started going on about a 50gb deal yo which I stated clearly I wanted to stay on the deal that I'd signed up to. The next day when checking my account I noticed a second contract for the 50gb that I'd blatantly refused. Why can't they just listen to the customer and do what we said

Unless you have been sent another sim that you have activated or done the same with an esim you shouldn't be charged fot the 50GB package ?
