New SIM texts not sending

Hi. I received my new sim, activated it and after a number of trouble shooting issues the phone now has roaming, internet access and eventually makes and receives calls however texts still don't send especially to android users. Please can anyone help?

Give this a try:

 

Go to settings > messages and toggle iMessages off and back on and ensure " send as SMS" is enabled and make sure your phone number is selected.
