Not easily.
Those offers are for additional dataplans (with new phone numbers).
You can either call Sky and see what you can negotiate but don't expect them to apply that offer to your current SIM. The workaround is to port your number out of the network and then back to the new SIM.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
