Hi @Ross298  any deals available to you are showing in your account. Those deals are for new customers or additional sims on your account, sky won't apply them to an existing number.

If you read the terms it will say for new/additional SIMs only (with a new phone number).

There is a protracted workaround but requires you to port your number out of the network and back again.

Call Sky and see if they'll apply that offer to your current SIM - but expect them to say no...
