New SIM and no mobile internet

I've put my new SIM into my phone and can make calls but have the following problems

1 . I've no mobile internet- an error came up when I was activating it and led me to a page to reset mobile settings- I followed the instructions but still didn't work 

2. My number hasn't been transferred over yet. When I was activating it said all was fine and it would require a couple of days to transfer over- that was 3 days ago and still no change. 

 

Extremely frustrating that there's nobody you can call to get help with this.

If you started the transfer process on Friday then it stops over the weekend - it should complete today.   Just to confirm, you had a PAC code from another provider (not Sky)?

I haven't gotten my PAC yet, don't know where I'm supposed to submit it?

Which network are you transferring your number from?

Then for starters you need to follow Three's procedure for a PAC code.
