I've put my new SIM into my phone and can make calls but have the following problems
1 . I've no mobile internet- an error came up when I was activating it and led me to a page to reset mobile settings- I followed the instructions but still didn't work
2. My number hasn't been transferred over yet. When I was activating it said all was fine and it would require a couple of days to transfer over- that was 3 days ago and still no change.
Extremely frustrating that there's nobody you can call to get help with this.

I haven't gotten my PAC yet, don't know where I'm supposed to submit it?
