Unfortunately this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. They wouldn't be able to either. Your Community user name doesn't identify you.

As you mentioned that you are disabled and housebound, I wanted to make sure that you know about our Accessibility Team who can give you extra support if needed.
Are you already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

I'm fairly sure this post was in the mobile board last night before it disappeared (probably the filters picked up a keyword) so moved back there from Talk as a couple of months ago OP stated they didn't have a landline.
