New Phone

I have upgraded to iPhone 16 pro max and activated the eSIM, keeping same plan and phone number.

However, the mobile data is not working.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi @ASutton  first thing is mobile data turned on in phone settings ? any issues showing in your area ?

have you checked the APN settings are correct ?

Mobile data is on and no local issues.

APN is correct.

I think I may have to ring support.
