I have ordered a new Samsung phone which qualifies for a Cash Back, however the on-line claim form requires an order number which I cant find anywhere on my account ....help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry uploading a picture of the email about your order and also do the same with your credit agreement. Then you need to put the agreement number in the order number tab but omit the letters. Your credit agreement should be visible in your message centre:

So far so good, I have submitted the claim with my Sky Account number as the order number and its been accepted...lets hope it gets paid
