New Phone, No Sim No Email Nothing
I have ordered a new phone that hasn't come with a SIM card. I have popped my old SIM card in the phone which has recognised my old number I want to keep. However, I can't make calls, others can't call me and I can't send text.
No email sent for ESIM activation and can't even call Sky for help!!

Re: New Phone, No Sim No Email Nothing
Can Sky contact me directly please and not on community. Not sure you're realising the urgency of the matter??!! I have a phone I can't use and losing custom for my business. Perhaps an email to my personal email would be more appropriate. Sorry but your customer service is horrendous

@ellecat
Sky won't know who you are from a post. Your tag name is not linked to any Sky accounts.
You are being invited to a private chat with a staff member so other than that the option is you contacting Sky by using another phone or via social media. Using your device for running a business doesn't bring any quicker or added support.
To call Sky dial 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).
The forum filters don’t allow the posting of full phone numbers on here.
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

You either speak to Community staff when you get the invite or you can call, there is no otgher way for Sky to contact you directly no matter how urgent you think it is.
