Incorrect Bill

My new monthly payments are wrong I should have been charged £23.20 + £18 for my phone not the £110 that has gone out by direct debit.

Your bills are fully itemised - you can check what the charges are for.

 

If you've done a recent swap perhaps you've paid for both devices as the returned one hasn't been processed yet?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @ChiefMarshal  as mentioned by @PandJ2020  if you look at the bill there will be a breakdown of all charges.
