New Phone Change for another

Took out a new contract,received phone 9th Jan, found I need to change it for a different one, a galaxy phone is no good to me. Should have ordered an Apple I phone. What do I do? I am afraid the main pages are useless for returns info.

You have 31 days to change your mind regarding the phone so to start the return process you need to call Sky on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it. When returning the phone make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt as that will contain the tracking details.
