New Mobile Phone Contract - Sim not working

I got a new Iphone 17 Pro Max with Sky Mobile i have attempted to activate my sim, but i still have no phone signal or carrier network. I cannot receive or make phone calls yet online help wants me to ring customer service.

Hi @DaveE78  is the sim showing as activated in your account? You could try the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact sky ?

Use the my sky app or login to your account @DaveE78  go to the mobile tab then go to the sim and it should say there.

Are you trying to activate a physical sim or esim @DaveE78  ?

sorry found it it says its on but i still have no phone service

 

My network selection says  Sky Wifi call but there are no other options

Have you looked in your Sky account to see if the sim is showing as activated or waiting @DaveE78  ?
