Never any signal despite 99% coverage advertised by Sky a
Can i get out of my contract if Sky are charging me for a service that is intermittent at best and non existent often?

Hi @Carol+Douglas you would have to call sky to discuss. No mobile company offer 100% coverage everywhere, as long as they are providing a service for most customers, most of the time they are meeting their contractual obligations. They may let you leave penalty free but if you have had your sim less than 12 months and more than 31 days then you may be liable for early termination charges. If you have had the sim more than 12 months you can leave penalty free.

I think you and I are the 1% who can't get a signal or if we can it's one bar for 30 seconds.
Not sure why we were chosen.

🤣yep...my daughter doesn't get great signal either...I would like to switch to EE....
