How do I pay my outstanding bill with the money credited on my account

When is your payment date as a credit on the account will usually be used to pay it unless it was added to late for this to happen like it was added after the payment date.

So has this bill now been paid, what does it say against it as usually if it is normally paid by a direct debit and this fails Sky will try again in 10 days time. The credit you have will not be used against that bill but will against your next one.
