My owed amount has gone through to CCS who I am making payments to but Sky keep trying to take owed amount out as well.

Need CCS amount taken off Sky bill so can make monthly payments.

Chat service not available. Can't sign in online as website keeps crashing.

Are you able to call Sky or use social media the links to which are at the bottom of the forum page?
