Having a problem with phoning certain numbers telling me its not recognised

Having trouble contacting members of my family saying number not recognised calls cutting off with others for no reason and then can't call them back nor they call me

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

This will need reporting to Sky so the number to call them on if you can is just 150. Stay on the line and say no if asked about text messages and going online.
