Need replacement sim and can't call

My phone broke, got a new one but it needs a nano sim and mine is micro. It looks like I can only order one by phone and obviously I have no phone until I can order the sim 🙄 does anyone know of a way to do this?

You need to call sky to arrange this, can't be done here so nothing will happen as a result of your post here.
