Hi there,

I have activated a new sky sim before getting the PAC code from my old sky sim, and now it's been deactivated and I can't get it. What can I do?

@1daughter,2sons Unfortunately now it's deactivated there is nothing you or sky can do as the number has been recycled and put back in the system for another person to use

It's a long shot but Sky may be able to recover it. (There have been reports of recovered numbers assuming it hasn't already been reallocated as noted)

Howwver, you cannot use a PAC within a network so they won't be able to restore it other than to a new SIM that will probably require a 12 month minimum term....

You need to speak to Sky and see what's possible... (call 150)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
