Need pac code but my phone number not working

So my mobile number is not working. I'm in Portugal atm using eSIMs but want to move to diff provider so need a pac code but I can't get the code as phone not working

Hi @PACcode  you will need to find a way of calling sky to get your PAC. Not sure if it will work if you are abroad, someone else may be able to offer advice on that.

"A UK PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) can be used to transfer your mobile number to a new network in Portugal, but you'll need to be in the UK to initiate the transfer. While the code itself is valid, the process relies on network communication within the UK, so being abroad can cause issues"
