Need new eSIM as current one is not valid

 I need a new eSIM and cannot get in contact with anyone as I have no data or any networking service.

Hi, I don't think so because it is attached to the new phone that has been sent out and I am using it now. It just won't activate an esim on it because it's invalid now.

If you haven't got another phone to use to call Sky on then try this:

Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
