Need help with sky mobile

I really need help, I changed to sky mobile over a month ago, my phone won't allow me to send normal text messages to any number. It also won't call certain numbers. I have tried everything I have even been on to sky on what's app and I've done all they asked, rebooted the network, turned phone off, aeroplane mode on and off, has anyone else experienced this? I picked the E Sim option when I changed over

What phone do you have and is the correct number shown via settings > phone ?

I have the new IPhone 17 pro max, yes it's showing my number twice, I'd presume it's because it's ESIM? P1 and then my number and then it has P2 and my number again. I am on P2 for Sky as P1 has no network. It is so frustrating

There is nothing you can check on the MySky app regarding this so if you are unable to call them perhaps try using social media to get in touch with them.
