Hi have had to order the same phone twice as I messed up with my swap account. How do I find out which delivery to refuse and which one to keep?

I have already and they told me to refuse the order of the first one, but they are both getting delivered at the sane time. So I'm unsure of what one will be the right one to refuse

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou will need to call them and explain that they are both coming together and ask what they want you to do. They might say that it doesn't matter which one you refuse but it is worth double checking with them again.
