power cut and no data!!
Awful timing but I changed my data plan in error and unable to change it again for 1 month. Ran out of data and used up all my 1GB add-ons.
skybot is useless and call centre is closed. I have no data left in the middle of a power cut.
does anyone know if it's possible to speak to someone somehow?? I tried to go through to lost/stolen phone team but they claim they can't help.
