NO NETWORK AT ALL
Hi
(removed)
for the last seven days till now, I can't make it receive calls because I have no network at all.
I have two SIM cards with sky but both not working.
The first day l contacted sky and was told that it was to do with the SIM card which had to be replaced.
When I contacted sky about the second SIM card also not working, their excuse changed now to having a telecommunication transmitter issues in my area.
Have been contacting sky every single day and each time I get promised that their engineers are on the case and it will take 24hrs to restore my services.
And till now, I have no network at all.
Sky as a service provider do not communicate to me at all to let me know what is happening. They have my email address

@DANIELKIGGUNDU O2 are reporting issues in the area with a mast not working correctly, that will affect Sky mobile as they use the O2 network, there are currently no updates as to when that will be fixed on the O2 status page.
Sky shouldn't be promising that it will be foxed in 24 hours unless they have a 100% certainty that will happen.

I've been without service since Jan 7th, nobody seems able to help, sim cut off for some unknown reason. I'm now in Spain , nothing absolutely ridiculous from SKY

Have been with sky for nearly 10 years and when it comes to mobile phone services , for me I rank them as the worst have ever experienced
