My wife has been charged for two picture text messages that were sent by Whatsap.

My wife sent two pictures to my daughter  via Whatsap. My daughter receiced them but she also received them as a picture message via text. My wife was  charged .95p for each. How does that happen please? My wife has no record on her text feed as she doesn't use messages.

If the device sent them as MMS then you'll be charged (correctly).

 

I would advise disabling the MMS protocol to prevent this happening.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
