My sky mobile answer phone service isn’t working even though it states my answerphone is switched on

My sky mobile answer phone service isn't working. The answer phone is turned on and has stopped working for no reason and won't work. I've turned the answer service off and back on again but it still won't work. I need my answer service to work as it's not always convenient to answer if on another call. It just says person you are calling isn't available and cuts them off. Of this isn't resolved I'll have to move service provider as need my answer phone to work.

Call Sky on 150 to report to them to see if they can get it working again for you.

I tried that and got referred to here unfortunately. Its so frustrating
