My sky mobile account has

I am a sky mobile customer and I have ran out of data so when I went to rollback some my account was no longer linked to it and doesn't recognise my account number when I went to do this

You will need to call Sky on 150 so they can help you with the account issue and if needs be to roll the data for you,
