My sky SIM card hasn't arrived I can't order a replacement one as I have no SIM card installed to make the phone call

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThese SIM card are delivered by Royal Mail so shouldn't take more than a few days to be delivered to you. If it has been more than a few days and if your address is correct on your account then you can order another one via here:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.

This advice to ''re-submit an order for a sim card'' doesn't seem right with me. I would have said to go on the Live Chat and tell them and they could have sent out a replacement for you rather than you re-purchasing a sim card.
