My sim only contact

Hello my sim contract under name Ollie was only £8 however I've noticed this month it has gone up to £13 without me being informed of this!

If it's an expiring offer then you were advised at the start of the contract.

 

What does your billing show?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

A sim contract would be for 12 months so when did you activate this sim if it was about 12 months ago then the offer will have finished. Your bill can be viewed via the MySky app.
