My sim activation has expired

I got an additionañ sim card. Few months back for my daughter but i am onñy gettinv tou d to setting it up however the activstion had expired-  can you help?

Hi @Lesley1977  you will need to order a new one, nothing can be done about the expired one.

The reason you will need to order a new one is because you have 31 days to activate a sim or it is automatically cancelled.
